Location

Tierra de los Milagros is nestled at the southern tip of Costa Rica, in the natural magnificence radiating Osa Peninsula. It is about 12 miles to the south of Puerto Jimenez. Guests can get to the retreat by taking one of the daily flights from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez and then hopping into a taxi.

Activities and Amenities

Tierra de los Milagros is primarily designed as a yoga retreat that specializes in group and individual yoga instructional sessions comprising varied forms such as Astanga, Vinyasa, Anusara and Bikram yoga, among several others. Tierra de los Milagros offers guests two breathtaking locations for practising the ancient spiritual discipline in a pristine backdrop. Patrons can use the sprawling wooden deck or the majestic ocean-front platform while unifying their mind, body and spirit with nature.

In addition to yoga, guests can experience handmade treatments from the finest natural elements like exotic flowers, herbs and fruits from the adjoining rainforest at the Tierra Spa. The secluded natural retreat also offers a string of other activities such as waterfall rappelling, sea kayaking, canopy tree climbing, nature hikes, horseback riding, swimming with dolphins, drumming, body painting, massages and aimless lounging.

Many food items that grace the buffet at Tierra de los Milagros are freshly off their organic gardens or caught daily from the Golfo Dulce. Accommodation at the Tierra de los Milagros is available in the form of beautiful handcrafted thatch-roofed bungalows, which sit prettily amidst a lush ten-acre botanical garden.
